App issued tickets for wrong location

I was instructed in the email from Headout to go a different venue at Dubai Mall for ticket collection. Wasted good 30 minutes and a lot of effort. No reply from the support team for the email I sent to share my unpleasant experience. Disappointed

I saw your promotion in Google Maps for Kidzania Dubai and I purchased tickets in AED 255. After 30 minutes I got to the venue and found out the tickets were for Kidzania Abu Dabi. I contacted phone support immediately to fix the issue and exchange the tickets. They said it was not possible and only offered 25% refund in credit. I do not accept this resolution and I demand a full refund. I asked the representative to talk to his supervisor and he told me he will call me back. Which he never did. Eventually, you tricked me into buying a ticket I didn’t need and never used. While I understand the non-refundable policy I think your misinformation requires an exception.

The whole idea of educating children about the different professions was outstanding. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we all had a very nice and eventful day.

When I select Kidzania Dubai on Google maps and then select tickets and then select head out as the seller, it wrongly takes me to a purchase page for Kidzania Abu Dhabi tickets instead of Dubai. This happened to me and my tickets were rejected and your customer service refused a refund or reissuing of Dubai tickets for me. Terrible experience.

I searched and booked for Kidzania Dubai but instead your app by default selected Kidzania Abu Dhabi.

I ordered tickets for Kidzania Abu dhabi, but received tickets for Dubai Kizania. When I asked for that to be corrected, it took your support team longer than 30 minutes to correct them

Love the view from 124th floor, but to be honest I'm not satisfied with photo print according to price. I have paid Aed 316.00 but photo quality is too bad.

We visited the Burj Khalifa as a family of four—dad, mom, and two daughters—on a Wednesday at 1 PM, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable parts of our Dubai trip. Getting in through Dubai Mall was straightforward, and since we went on a weekday in the early afternoon, the crowds were light and the whole experience felt calm and well-paced. The elevator ride up was quick and exciting, taking just about a minute. Our daughters loved watching the digital floor display as we climbed higher and higher. When we reached level 124, we were able to step out onto a small open-air terrace. Feeling the breeze that high up and taking in the panoramic views of the city, desert, and ocean was truly special. One of the highlights for us was the set of decorative wings located inside on level 125. These wings are perfectly positioned for taking photos with the skyline in the background and made for a great family shot. There were also other photo spots and plenty of space to walk around without feeling rushed or crowded. Level 125 also had interactive displays where you could zoom in on landmarks below, which the kids found fun and engaging. The whole experience was smooth, family-friendly, and thoughtfully designed. We appreciated that there was time and space to really enjoy the moment and take it all in. We also purchased family photos and souvenirs in the gift shop. Overall, it was a beautiful way to see Dubai from above, and a memory we’ll always treasure as a family.

Burj Khalifa & Dubai Aquarium An unforgettable experience! The Burj Khalifa offered stunning views of Dubai — especially at sunset. Everything was smooth, and the staff were very professional. The Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo was magical. Walking through the tunnel with sharks and rays above was surreal, and the variety of marine life was impressive. Clean, well-organized, and worth every moment. A perfect mix of sky-high views and underwater wonder. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Visiting the Burj was definitely the highlight of our trip. We were scheduled to go up at 5pm and surprisingly there were no queues. The whole experience was amazing and fun.

Had an amazing experience visiting Ferrari World Abu Dhabi and Burj Khalifa Dubai – both iconic in their own way! Ferrari World was all about thrill and speed – especially the Formula Rossa, the world’s fastest roller coaster! An absolute must-try if you love adventure. Burj Khalifa was just magical. The view from the top left me speechless – went around sunset, and it was the perfect timing. 🎟️ Booked everything via Headout – super smooth, great deals, and no waiting in long lines. Highly recommend!

Though the weather was hot but the experience of visiting 124 & 125th Floor at the Top of Burj Khalifa was very good and memorable I wanted to go to 148th floor but was too expensive, I request Headout to conisder discounts when more than 1 person is visiting. But its worth visiting, I really enjoyed the visit and look forward to visit again with Family

It was very organised. The Tour guide Soni contacted via WhatsApp several times that day and even with an exact pick up time. He was very polite and curtious as I was a solo female traveler. He took pictures for me and always checked in during activities. This was my first tour as a solo traveler and I couldn't have been happier how comfortable Soni made me feel. Great tour highly recommend especially the sand dunes very skilled driver

I highly advise everyone to take the opportunity and buy combined tickets, for example Burj Khalifa + aquarium on the territory of Dubai Mall - it's just fantastic. Everything is in one place, you can first go up to Burj Khalifa 124-125 floors (you have to go up there at exactly the specified time, and you can stay up there - as much as you like), there is a terrace, for more fullness of sensations and better quality photos....Enjoy the view of the city and the sea - you can go for a snack on the top floor of Dubai Mall, where a lot of all kinds of cafes, burger shops, etc. are concentrated. And then watch the aquarium, rainforest, penguins with crocodiles, feed the fish and many other things, no less interesting...you can come to the aquarium at any time, but the only thing is, of course, on the day for which you bought a ticket. I started my tour at six o'clock to get to the observation deck of Burj Khalifa and catch the sunset - it's very beautiful, you have to see, the photo can not convey it... I had 5 hours for all the adventures together with the aquarium. Since the center works until 00:00 hours, no problems, a couple of hours at altitude - rest and a snack - a trip to the aquarium, everything is just super!!!!

It was the best. The time slot did create a bit of anxiety due to dubai traffic however they were kind enough to not check timings since it was a non peak day and hour. My sister and me were so relieved and enjoyed every bit of the tour inside. Thank you headout for the wonderful discount.

The Burj Khalifa is an impressive building. What I didn't like was the waiting time! When I got to the top in the evening, there was the reflection of the glass in the photos. I wouldn't recommend this activity. Looking at the building from below is great too.

It's a must-see, since it's the tallest building in the world. You gotta go at least once if you're in Dubai to see the view. It was a great experience even though the wait was long. The views are awesome, even though we only went up to the 124th floor.

At the Top of Burj Khalifa is an incredible experience that's absolutely worth it for the unforgettable views and iconic status. I Always book my tickets online – way better deals and quicker entry than at the door thank you head out for amazing deals ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am glad I took the advice of one of the reviewer, ticket price at the mall for Burj Khalifa was $249 AED, price via HeadOut online was 179 AED, people you do the math. The savings alone is plenty to buy gifts on 125th floor. Or enjoy the 40 AED waffle and a coffee. Thank you HeadOut.

The best experience, and the most economical combo. The tickets were immediate, and the excursion in the desert excellent service, punctuality and attention of Najam, very professional and always attentive to every detail, which makes you live a very comfortable experience.

Kids had a great time but staff assume you know how everything works so it can be hard to navigate. There were also a couple of very badly supervised school visits with older kids (8/9) who were just shoving and pushing over little kids
