the exhibits were amazing but we were slightly taken aback by the rudeness of one of the entrance staff . after punching out ticker, we were struggling to adapt to the darkness so switched on our phine flash but instead of telling us calmly, she rudely told her to swairch off the flash, wait at the entrance and darkness is part of the experience and she kept her torch on to indicate which corner to stand and we were so taken aback at the rudeness

But will definitely visit again when it's less crowded.

I can't describe how much my husband, 16yr old son and I enjoyed a very memorable visit today. WOW!!! Every single exhibit and experience was unique and very enjoyable. The creative minds that have designed these exhibits are brilliant! I cannot recommend this experience enough. It's a MUST do for all ages. Pics and videos don't begin to demonstrate how the experience "feels". Fantastic!!

On arrival the parking area was totally full, I then went to park in the parking area opposite which had many free spaces. The attendant told me that I was not allowed to park there, the only option was valet parking at a cost of 52 aed. I chose to use valet parking, and to my total astonishment the valet parking was in the same car park I was not allowed to park. When we entered the venue it was very dark and idiificult to navigate, I am sure the darkness will evaentually lead to an accident or incident in future. Once we were in the venue we got the impression that some of the assistants were very strict, rude and not friendly, for example when we were in the attration with the big black ball/disk we were rudliy clapped at by one of the male attendants, who then shouted at my wife to get back. The other incident was in the water area with some floating objects, the attendant told me to get off and dont rock or spin the floating figures with lights inside them, I founs this very strange as all the kids were rocking them and there wasnt a problem. The positive things from the event were the light show and interactive walls which were amazing. Sadly after our experince, I would not recommend this attraction to friends and family, until the lighting on arrival and the attitude of some staff is addressed.

There is unimaginable Que for the balloon art and it's too dark in the common areas that we cannot spot anybody for assistance . They should be visible even from a distance by radium strips or cap .

Everything was good. Worth it. But I still don't get how a strangers account was logged in ,in my phone after a person in the main gate scanned my tickets. Strange

A worthwhile visit. I enjoyed the exhibition. And l would recommend it. I didn't like the 40 minute plus wait for Morphing Continuum. A bench for people to sit on would be helpful. The complimentary drink in the lantern teahouse cost 58dhs for 2. Someone should check out what complimentary means. Although I saw a couple of wheelchair users I didn't think the exhibition was wheelchair friendly. Nonetheless an enjoyable experience

Teamlab phenomena is a great place to be specially if you have kids. Not the young ones but aged 5 and above. They have such amazing stuff the experience was awesome & it was so so vibrant.

A super-unusual place of interest that makes you think about life and look at it with a different look! Thank you for the opportunity to see the exhibition in Abudabi. The only thing I would like to have a map in my hands so that I could understand where to go next, and even after visiting the rooms with water, it was not comfortable to walk barefoot and my feet were freezing, and everything was great!

Everything went smoothly and our visit to the Qasr al Watan Palace was a great experience. The light show in the evening made the visit even more special and unforgettable. An impressive building.

At first it was very overwhelming, the sheer size and scale of the building (once inside). After a while you get used to it. Magnificent architecture, literally a masterpiece. What I found the most interesting was the collection of historical literary artefacts. Our little two year old had such fun running around and making buddies with the security staff.

loved it. although i would loved it more if the company would provide also the drive but its okey. exhibitions were amazing. i was dressed inappropriately and they gave me skirt and scarf to cover myself at the palace thankfully. lovely experience

The complimentary drink in the lantern teahouse cost 58dhs for 2. Someone should check out what complimentary means. Although I saw a couple of wheelchair users I didn't think the exhibition was wheelchair friendly. Nonetheless an enjoyable experience

It was a wonderful experience and the amazing app made it so much better and easier, as we had a few, yet considerable, price reductions for certain ticket packs. The app also doesn't require any internet connection so I think this is perfect for foreigners.

First of all if your pickup is from dubai then you have to go merquee hotel exit 1 Dubai internet City that's the pickup problem I faced during the transfer other then ferrari world is fantastic to spend time with family

the exhibits were amazing but we were slightly taken aback by the rudeness of one of the entrance staff . after punching out ticker, we were struggling to adapt to the darkness so switched on our phine flash but instead of telling us calmly, she rudely told her to swairch off the flash, wait at the entrance and darkness is part of the experience and she kept her torch on to indicate which corner to stand and we were so taken aback at the rudeness

My teens and I loved every minute. We were free to roam, enter/exit any exhibit as we please so we spent about 3 hours there. Since I visited during Eid weekend, there were some long queues for certain exhibits and I did not get to see one of the best ones which is the foam exhibit as there was a waiting time of 2 hours :(. But will definitely visit again when it's less crowded.

I can't describe how much my husband, 16yr old son and I enjoyed a very memorable visit today. WOW!!! Every single exhibit and experience was unique and very enjoyable. The creative minds that have designed these exhibits are brilliant! I cannot recommend this experience enough. It's a MUST do for all ages. Pics and videos don't begin to demonstrate how the experience "feels". Fantastic!!

The sensory experience was awesome but the amount of people and ques for some of the attractions was unacceptable. Overcrowding in a almost dark setting where the ac is inadequate is not what we expected. We recommend that you visit the venue in the evenings during the week to experience the attraction to the fullest.

All the arts were mesmerizing.. wish there were more of the water areas which my kids loved. We'll be coming back again soon.
