The room is super clean, and the view is awesome, it's very convenient to visit the amusement parks as well. And I sincerely apologize for my children polluted the bed sheet in the living room by fruits. I was supposed to inform immediately, but I didn't. One small tip: bettter to print a slip of key box manual and put it up beside the key box. We studied long time for the key box, because we didn't use the same before.

I had issues with meal vouchers . The bouchures provided did not include meal vouchers . Later I had to contact customer service and get a new set of vouchers . When we have hungry kids this is not the service expected

Abu Dhabi never disappoints and neither did our visit to Ferrari World! It's a very nice place to escape the heat of UAE for a day, with a tonne of fun rides and experiences. Let me start with it by saying that Abu dhabi tour was really worth it. From hotel to destination and back. It was not boring one. Until you are tired and sleepy 🤣. While booking the tickets i was little worried that how's it's gonna be. But I must say my tour guide kamran Ahu make it more interesting by elaborating everything. Thank you kamran Ahu. Again huge crowd, nothing was explained by the guide as to what we can and what we can not do inside park . 2 hours lost in understanding that we need to register to enjoy the main roller coaster. Why it wasn't done already ?

They was asking us to be ready at 8:30,but after when we reached the hotel they said pick us 9:30,so we waited more than 1 hour😑

Our stops at the Grand Mosque and Baps Hindu Mandir were the highlights of the tour with stunning insight into history with spectacular buildings. Ferrari World was unfortunately a complete failure with only 3 out of the top 5 rides working (Flying Aces and Formula Rossa both closed - these rides are sold as the prime attractions so completely let down). There was a couple of questionable stops, at a Date market (possibly inflated prices compared to shops in Dubai) and a building where we entered via a back door and everyone was offered questionable items to buy including rugs, perfume and jewellery that we were told were not available elsewhere only to see them in the Plaza at the Grand Mosque.

Ferrari world is the best! Our tour guide is helpful and polite. We start the day by visiting Miraj and Sheik Zayed Mosque and the Ferrari World ending the day with visiting Baps Hindu Mandir. Keep up the good work.

This place is a MUST VISIT when it comes to Abu Dhabi. It's large, life like. Headout sells the tickets cheaper than the counter. Go for it blindly!

I bought the tickets quickly and efficiently. There was no problem at all at the entrance. Both sites visited were wonderful.

Everything went smoothly and our visit to the Qasr al Watan Palace was a great experience. The light show in the evening made the visit even more special and unforgettable. An impressive building.

At first it was very overwhelming, the sheer size and scale of the building (once inside). After a while you get used to it. Magnificent architecture, literally a masterpiece. What I found the most interesting was the collection of historical literary artefacts. Our little two year old had such fun running around and making buddies with the security staff.

loved it. although i would loved it more if the company would provide also the drive but its okey. exhibitions were amazing. i was dressed inappropriately and they gave me skirt and scarf to cover myself at the palace thankfully. lovely experience

Great experience at Qasr Al Watan! The architecture and exhibits are stunning. The only thing I missed was the golden cage section, which has now been replaced with the astronauts display.

The Presidential palace in Abu Dhabi is an amazing experience. It is so opulent and spacious. There are a few rooms of interesting items to look at. It is a lovely setting and definately worth a visit.

The tour was very well organized, although we had bought tickets from Haedout for a 10am visit, even though the palace didn't open until 11am! Otherwise, the palace was superb and the tour very long and beautiful!

The visit to Qasr al watan and Teamlabs was phenomenal. However, the ticketing experience at Teamlabs can be improved as we were denied entry on the booking date citing terms and conditions and were asked to come at an earlier time slot another day to gain entry.

One of the first things that caught my eye was the Red Sea Wreck zone—an impressively detailed underwater shipwreck scene filled with colorful coral, lionfish, and even moray eels. We appreciate each and everyone who worked hard in maintaining this aquarium beautiful.. we watching every fish, reptiles, birds and manatees and my kids enjoyed a lot. This is the 2 nd visit of ours to the aquarium. Surprise us with new animals we will plan to pay a visit every year...
